Meteorologists are forecasting two rounds of strong to severe storms crossing Central Illinois on Tuesday. Andrew’s 6:00 a.m. forecast: For today, partly cloudy with a chance of thunderstorms and a high of 80 degrees. There’s a slight risk a few storms could become severe this morning or early afternoon. South wind 10 to 15 mph.
