Flock cameras, immigration enforcement, road safety and mental health support were among the issues candidates for Champaign County Sheriff discussed in interviews with Illinois Public Media in August.

Incumbent Democratic Sheriff Dustin Heuerman is running for reelection against Republican challenger Gregory Worrell.

The interviews were organized by the League of Women Voters of Champaign County and sponsored by the NAACP of Champaign County and the News-Gazette.
