New Deputy Police Chief appointed in Champaign
Gregory Manzana has been appointed as Deputy Chief of Operations. He will oversee the Department’s Uniform Patrol Division and specialized units including the Crisis Intervention Team, SWAT, Field Training, Explosive Ordinance Disposal, and K-9 Units.
