Details: A play about 12 ordinary people deliberating on the guilt or innocence of a young man accused of murdering his father. Based on the 1950s play and movie “12 Angry Men.”

“Bloomsday” with Heartland Theater Company, Normal

Location: Normal Community Activity Center

Date & Time: Evening Performances: Starts on November 16th and runs at 7:30 p.m., Thursday through Saturday | Matinee: Saturday at 2 p.m. | Note: This is the last weekend of the show.

Details: Commemorates and celebrates the life of Irish writer James Joyce. A romantic play following Dubliner Caithleen and her encounter with Robbie, a young man from Washington.

“A Christmas Story: The Musical” at Danville High School

Details: A musical based on the classic Christmas movie set in the 1940s. It follows nine-year-old Ralphie Parker in his quest to get a BB gun for Christmas.
