After severe storms and a cold front passed through Central Illinois, the National Weather Service said wind chills are expected to drop below zero again late Monday night and heading into Tuesday morning.

Gusts of 40-50 mph can be expected through midday, according to the National Weather Service.

Meteorologists said wind chills will range from zero to as low as 15 degrees below zero on Wednesday and Thursday nights.
