Frost Advisory in effect Tuesday 12AM-8AM

CHAMPAIGN – The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a Frost Advisory for East Central Illinois, including Champaign, Danville, and Decatur for Tuesday morning.

Temperatures are expected to drop to near freezing. Meteorologists advised people to bring in or cover sensitive plants that may not be able to handle the frost. Temperatures are expected to rebound during the day on Tuesday. Heavy rain is forecast for Wednesday into Thursday.
