About Christine
Christine Hatfield produces the daily talk program The 21st Show for Illinois Public Media. A member of the Trans Journalists Association, she holds a master’s degree from the Public Affairs Reporting program at the University of Illinois Springfield (2021) and a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University (2020). Before coming to IPM, she produced and reported for Wisconsin Public Radio, WCBU, WNIN and Indiana Public Radio. Christine uses she/her pronouns and can be reached at crhipm@illinois.edu.
