IPM is proud to launch a groundbreaking series mapping the state’s strategic response to a transformative political moment.

On the campaign trail, Trump vowed massive policy changes that may greatly affect some aspects of life in Illinois. The coverage is not aimed to be alarmist or anticipatory, but rather to be fact-based about past Trump policies and how state and local leaders are preparing for changes under the new administration. Our aim is to empower with information as well as hear from Trump supporters, as Illinois, though a blue state, saw severe shifts in voting for Trump during the 2024 elections.
