LISTEN LIVE: Supreme Court hears arguments in Birthright Citizenship case

On his first day back in office in 2025, President Donald Trump signed an executive order that tries to narrow the category of who is eligible for birthright citizenship. The Supreme Court will weigh and hear arguments today starting at 10 a.m. ET on whether Trump can deny citizenship to children born to parents who are in the United States illegally or temporarily.
