Man killed Muslim boy and wounded woman in hate crime motivated by Israeli-Hamas war, police say
The Will County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement that the man was in custody Sunday and is charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, hate crimes and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
